TOS
Changes may be made at any time. By commissioning me or obtaining a design of mine you automatically agree to my TOS.Design:
- All designs I upload to toyhou.se must remain on toyhou.se.
- Payment for adopts must be paid within 48 hours of the bid being accepted. For payment plans, this will apply to the downpayment. Not paying within the time slot will be counted as backing out.
- Deleting, backing out of, or ghosting on a bid will result in a warning. If it occurs again, you will be greylisted for 2 months.
- Designs may be sold for more than their monetary worth.
- Redesigns are fine, but you must keep the original design there. (Feel free to create an “old design” tab, or something like that)
- Keep my designs credited to me. If redesigned significantly, you may add additional designers, with my credit still there.
- You may not hide/authorize my designs unless I’m able to access them.
- My designs are not for commercial use, unless discussed otherwise.
- Blacklisted users may not own my designs after being blacklisted.Art:
- My art is not for AI or NFT use. Doing so will result in a permanent blacklist.
- Payment will be given before or right after the sketch has been provided.
- I will not provide a full refund after I’ve moved on from the sketch. (Ex: If you’ve paid, then want a refund and I haven’t started the lineart, I will provide a full refund.) Exceptions to this are if we know each other or it is genuinely an emergency that you need the money back for.
- I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any commissions for any reason. If canceled by me, a full refund will be provided.
- I may use scrapped sketches/concepts for future art or designs.
- I may post art/wips online. Let me know if you do not want your piece to be posted.
- You may not keep wips of commissions I’ve refunded or you’ve not paid for.
- You may not give wips to other artists to finish unless discussed otherwise.
- You may not alter my art without my permission. Original pieces must be kept on the character profile (e.g. in a tab), unless discussed otherwise.
- Any art by me may only be used for personal, not commercial, purposes, unless discussed otherwise. In that case, an additional fee will be applied.
- Turnaround time may vary a lot, so please be patient. Feel free to ask for an estimate or for delivery by a certain date.

- My art is fairly inconsistent. I use many different brushes and techniques. Products may not turn out exactly like examples. If it's important to you, please specify what style/brushes you'd like me to use by providing examples of my art with your request.Can Draw:
